Dial Before You Dig plans pulled and the yard scanned before a tooth goes in the ground. Sewer, stormwater, gas and comms all found first.

Boards over paths and lawns, fences taken down and re-hung properly if the machine needs the gap. Your yard is not the price of the pool.

Excavated to the pool builder’s depth and profile, benched and battered where the soil needs it, floor cleaned up ready for steel.

How long does a pool dig take?
A standard residential pool is usually one to two days once we’re on site, including cart-away. Rock, restricted access or a deep lap pool can stretch that — Blake will tell you straight at the quote rather than after the fact.
Can you get a machine into my backyard?
Nearly always. Our smallest excavator fits through a 900mm gate opening. If the only way in is over a neighbour’s land or through a garage, we’ll tell you at the quote and work out the approach before the day.
What happens if we hit rock?
We bring a hammer attachment and keep going. Rock is priced separately because nobody can see it from the surface — you’ll be told the moment we find it, with a price, before extra work starts.
Do you take the dirt away?
Yes. Spoil removal is part of the quote unless you specifically want fill kept on site. Trucks run alongside the dig so it doesn’t pile up on your street.
Do you work with my pool builder?
Every time. We dig to their setout and their levels, and we’ll talk to them directly about timing so the shell or steel lands the day after we finish.
